近几年来主要在计算生物学领域从事基因组分析、蛋白质折叠及蛋白质相互作用、微生物热适应的分子机理等方向的研究工作,在Nucleic Acid Res., Structure, PLoS Comput Biol., Sci. Rep., J. Mol. Biol.,Proteins, Genome Biol., BMC Genomics, PLoS One, FEBS J., FEBS Lett., Gene, Biochem. Biophys. Res.
