(why it is important for younger learners)

报告简介：
Prof. Hon Wai LEONG (kiXtIl) is a "Computational Thinkerer"from the Department of Computer Science, NUS. Hе receivedB.Sc. (Hon) in Mathematics from the University Malaya and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois atUrbana-Champaign (UIUC). He also had visiting appointments at UIUC, UCSD, and also in Shanghai Institute of BiologicalSciences, CAS.
His research is in designing algorithms for all kinds of optimizationproblems(designof computer circuits,transportation and logistics and computational biology).
