报告2摘要: Advancements in fundamental research in the field of precision medicine promise to revolutionize clinical cancer treatment. The primary challenge for surgical oncology, where the gold standard and primary treatment choice remain to be surgery, is to unambiguously identify the boundaries between the tumorous and healthy surrounding tissues at the cellular level during surgical operations. Here we present a class of fluorescent probes that exhibit different fluorescence properties in response to tumor microenvironments. These probes possess broad-spectrum tumor sensing capability, high signal-to-noise ratio at the tumor boundaries and a sub-millimeter resolution in the metastasized mural lung cancer model.
